COMMUNITY
Together We Serve will bring our LTUMC community together to serve the greater Lakeway and Austin communities. It will be an intergenerational experience designed for all ages to serve others outside their typical social spheres.
SERVICE
Together We Serve is focused on serving others with dignity and with the love of Christ.
WORSHIP
Worship of God will be incorporated into each day and designed to be inclusive and for all ages.
2025 THEME: GO AND DO LIKEWISE
Memory Verse: Go and do likewise. —Luke 10:37b
This theme focuses on living out Jesus’ command to love our neighbors through acts of service, compassion, and kindness. Participants will engage in hands-on service projects while reflecting on the story of the Good Samaritan and what it means to truly serve others with Christ’s love.
We'll be serving a variety of organizations during Together We Serve, including Foster Village, Burke Center for Youth, Community First! Village, and the Armadillo Park in Hudson Bend. Service activities will be appropriate for all ages — 3 years old and up. (Minors MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)
$50/person or $125/family
